BARBERA D'ALBA "MANCINE"The wine Barbera is produced from the oldest vineyards with an average yield of approximately 45 hl/ha.It shows shades of intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. It has a risolute and flowery bouquet with trace scents of vanilla and chocolate. Its flavour is round and smooth with its well-balanced acidity revealing a good structure. Refinement takes place in oak barrels for 12 months and then in bottles for 6 months. BARBERA D'ALBABarbera d'Alba wine is produced from grapes coming from three small vineyards in the Santa Maria Town. After fermentation, the wine steel remains for six to eight months and after bottling, is refined for another two months in bottle before being put on sale.In Glass is a wine with intense red ruby, hot brilliant reflexes, the nose has rich aromas and persistent of ripe fruit. In palate offers a pleasant feeling freshness and balance.
